Challenge
ReceptOnline was already an established web application with an active user base relying on the platform to manage their healthcare needs. The main challenge was to create a seamless and consistent experience between the existing web application and the new mobile app, ensuring continuity for current users while providing an intuitive onboarding experience for new users.
Solution
Through research and analysis of the existing platform and its competitors, I identified an approach to bridge the gap between the two platforms. I designed an intuitive user interface and streamlined user flows, creating a connected experience across web and mobile while providing clear guidance throughout the onboarding process for new mobile users.
All treatments offered through the web application were also integrated into the mobile app, ensuring users could easily discover, access, and manage them within a seamless mobile experience.
