Challenge
Most rental companies run on a patchwork of disconnected tools. The cost is rarely visible on a single line — it shows up as underpriced peak days, contested damage claims, and decisions made without numbers.
Solution
Instead of bolting features onto a generic booking tool, Fleet & Miles follows the vehicle: catalogued, priced, booked, paid for, handed over, inspected, returned, and measured. Every stage feeds the next, and every stage feeds your analytics.
The key feature of this project was the AI-powered car image generation capability, designed to help companies create high-quality, professional images of their vehicles without the need for additional investments in professional photography or production.
Inspect Car was designed specifically for tablet use, enabling companies to efficiently inspect vehicles during both pick-up and drop-off. The solution provides a comprehensive inspection process, covering key details such as fuel level, mileage, vehicle condition, and car images.
The mobile app makes it easy to scan and upload documents while creating a reservation through the web application. I designed a simple and intuitive solution that allows users to quickly provide the required documentation whenever it is needed during the reservation process.
Last but not least, the app icon was designed to create a strong and recognizable visual identity across all platforms, ensuring a consistent brand experience across web, mobile, and tablet.
