Challenge
The main challenge in managing our admin platform was creating a centralized hub where the entire support team could easily learn how to use the available tools and efficiently maintain our ecosystem. A key challenge was also accommodating the wide range of requirements and requests from the support team, ensuring they had everything they needed to manage their daily operations effectively.
Solution
Based on our research and the requirements gathered from the support team, we explored multiple UX approaches. Through several rounds of prototyping and iteration, we ultimately identified the right direction for the platform, as illustrated in the preview below.
We care deeply about the admin user experience and aim to provide all the necessary tools to empower our support team to manage the entire platform effectively and ensure every part of the application runs smoothly.
